About Nina Ricci

The brand Nina Ricci was founded by Italian born French fashion designer Nina Ricci and her son Robert Ricci in the year 1932. While Maria Nina Ricci worked as the designer of the house, her son Robert looked into the operations and finance matters of the company. The brand soon entered the fragrance market with their creation Coeur Joie which was launched in 1946. The perfume was housed in the beautiful heart shaped crystal bottle which was designed by Lalique, inspired by the name of the perfume, a part of which meant heart (Coeur). The brand continues to offer delicate yet stunning fragrances in beautiful flacons to consumers around the world.
