It is more cost effective to ship orders directly to you, your family members, or friends. We do not ship customer orders to Fragrance Outlet, Inc. stores for customer's pick-up.
No. Online orders can only be shipped back to our warehouse. Please reach out to customer service for more information regarding your return.
